Kurze Recherche bringt, dass das beigelegte Nachweis-Dokument der Institutszugehörigkeit ausschlaggebend ist. Ich hatte da nur einen Screenshot der Webseite zur Dokumentation meiner Mitarbeiterschaft eingereicht. Versuche es nun mit dem Foto eines englischsprachigen Anschreibens.

Sieht so aus, dass es geklappt hat. Mal schauen was die nächsten Schritte sind. Eigentlich müssten wir damit alle mit @comenius.de reinbekommen

ok grünes Licht @sicking - gerne mal testen ob das schon Organisationsweit greift oder nachjustiert werden muss.
Notwendig ist vermutlich auf jeden Fall, dass im Account auch eine @comenius.de Adresse validiert ist für die Zugehörigkeit.
Für alle CI-Mitarbeitenden, die das kostenfreie Angebot in Anspruch nehmen und somit an die kostenfreie Pro-Lizenz inkl. monatlichen Freivolumen für die großen LLMs kommen wollen gibt es hier eine Vorlage zur Employment-Confirmation von @jens_dechow unterschrieben in der Nextcloud unter 1_Institut/2_Arbeitsbereiche/8b_Off/Formulare und Vordrucke/CI-Briefvorlagen/Comenius-Institut-Employment-Confirmation.docx
